Series mode & automation
Put a channel on autopilot with a recurring series.
What a series is
A series generates and publishes a video on a schedule - daily or weekly - around a fixed topic and style. It's the autopilot mode for a whole channel: once it's set up, new episodes appear without you opening Reeloop again.
Set one up
- Go to Series → New series.
- Name it and set the topic, style, voice and language.
- Choose the frequency (daily or weekly) and the post hour (your timezone).
- Connect a social account to publish automatically, or keep episodes in your Library for manual review first.
What happens on each run
At the scheduled hour, Reeloop writes a fresh script for the series' topic - not a repeat of a previous episode - generates the scenes and voiceover, and either publishes directly (if a social account is connected) or drops the finished video into your Library. Each episode is charged in credits exactly like a manual render of the same length and quality, drawn from your regular balance; a series does not have its own separate credit pool.
Managing it
- Pause or resume any time with the active toggle - a paused series simply skips its scheduled runs until you turn it back on, it doesn't cancel or delete anything.
- Review episodes in Library before they go out if you'd rather approve each one than publish automatically.
- How many series you can run at once depends on your plan - see Plans, renewals & invoices for the current limits.
If an episode fails
A failed episode is refunded the same way a manual render is (see "A render failed or is stuck"), and the series simply tries again on its next scheduled run - one bad episode doesn't pause the whole series.
