Create your first video
From an idea to a finished vertical video - and how to see the script first, free, when you want to.
The 60-second version
Type a topic, pick a style and a voice, and hit Generate: Reeloop writes the script, renders the scenes, records the voiceover and burns in captions, and credits are charged when you press it. Prefer to check first? Tick "Read the script before rendering" and it stops after the script and scene plan instead - free, with the exact credit cost shown - for you to edit and approve.
Step by step
- Go to Create → New video.
- Enter your topic - one clear idea works best.
- Pick the language the video should speak.
- Hit Generate. Credits are charged and the render starts right away, in the background - you can keep working.
- Want more control? Advanced options holds the video type (Viral Story, Educational, Documentary, ASMR, Italian Brainrot, UGC Ad, Anime…), style, voice, character, length, format and quality. All optional - sensible defaults are already set.
- Prefer to check the script before paying? Tick "Read the script before rendering" and Reeloop produces a free draft instead: the hook, the full voiceover script, a prompt for every scene and the exact credit cost. Edit anything, then Approve - only then are credits used.
When it's done, download the MP4 from Library or publish it directly.
What "generate" actually costs
A standard 30-second video is 3 credits on the base engine. Longer videos cost proportionally more (a 90-second video is three times the per-30-second rate), a talking-avatar video costs more per 30 seconds than a scene-based one, and rendering at 4K multiplies the base cost. None of this is a guess when you use the free-draft path: the scene-by-scene breakdown shows the running total before you approve, so the number you see is the number you'll be charged.
If a render fails
Credits reserved for a render that fails are refunded automatically - see "A render failed or is stuck" in Errors & troubleshooting for what "failed" actually means and how long a render is given before that happens.
Tips for a better first render
- One idea per video. "5 facts about the ocean" beats "everything about the ocean".
- Match the voice to the mood. Calm for stories, energetic for ads.
- Fix it in the draft, not after. Editing the free script and scene prompts costs nothing - approving a render does. If a finished scene still isn't right, you can regenerate just that scene instead of the whole video.
