Connect & reconnect social accounts
Link accounts, fix expired tokens and disconnect.
Connect
In Settings โ Social accounts, choose YouTube, TikTok or Meta and approve the OAuth prompt. You can connect more than one account per platform - the button reads "Connect another" once you already have one, so running two YouTube channels or a TikTok and an Instagram for the same brand from one ShortLoom account is fully supported, not a workaround.
Token expired?
Social platforms periodically expire the access token behind a connection - this is normal and happens on every third-party tool, not something specific to ShortLoom. If publishing starts failing, ShortLoom flags exactly which connection needs re-authorising rather than making you guess; reconnect it from the same screen with one click, and nothing about your video history or scheduled posts is lost in the process.
Multiple brands on a team
On the Pro plan, connected accounts belong to the workspace, not to whichever teammate happened to connect them - once someone on the team connects a channel, everyone else on that Pro workspace can publish to it too. That's what makes a small team able to run several brands' worth of channels from one shared ShortLoom account instead of everyone needing their own login.
Disconnect
Disconnect any time from Settings โ Social accounts, or revoke ShortLoom from the platform's own connected-apps settings - either one takes effect immediately and stops any scheduled or series-based posts to that account.
