Social accounts

Connect, reconnect and manage linked accounts.

Connecting a social account is a one-time OAuth authorization per account, and you can connect several accounts on the same platform - separate channels, or separate brands on a Pro team workspace. This section covers connecting, what to do when a connection stops working, and how a Pro workspace shares connections across teammates.

Social accounts - quick answers

What can Reeloop actually do on a connected account?

Only what the scopes you approve allow. YouTube: upload videos and read your own channel data. TikTok: publish a video and read your basic profile. Instagram: read the business profile, publish content, and read insights. None of those scopes can read your messages, post comments, or follow accounts on your behalf.

Can I connect two accounts on the same platform?

Yes - once one account is linked the button reads “Connect another”. Two YouTube channels, or a TikTok and an Instagram for the same brand, is a supported setup rather than a workaround.

How do I revoke access?

Disconnect from Settings → Social accounts, or revoke Reeloop from the platform's own connected-apps screen. Either one takes effect immediately and stops any scheduled or series post to that account.

Publishing worked and then suddenly started failing.

Platforms expire the access token behind a connection periodically; this happens to every third-party tool. Reeloop names the exact connection that needs re-authorising instead of failing silently, and reconnecting it keeps your video history and your schedule intact.
