Credits

How credits work, rollover and top-ups.

Every render has a transparent, upfront credit cost you see before you spend it. This section covers what a credit buys, what happens to credits when a render fails, how unused credits carry forward month to month, and how a one-off top-up pack fits alongside your plan's monthly allowance.

Credits - quick answers

What does a standard video cost?

Three credits per 30-second block on the base engine, so a 90-second video is nine. Talking-avatar videos cost more per block, and 4K quadruples whichever mode you picked.

Which balance gets spent first?

Rolled-over credits first, then the current cycle's monthly allowance, then pack credits last. That is why your monthly allowance can look untouched right after a render.

Do credits expire?

Monthly credits roll over instead of expiring for as long as you are subscribed, with no cap on how far they build up. Pack credits never expire and survive plan changes in either direction.

What happens to credits if a render fails?

They are reserved when the render starts and refunded automatically if it does not finish, so you are only ever charged for a video that completes. Every grant, spend and refund is listed in your balance history.
