Billing

Plans, invoices, renewals and cancellations.

Every plan is a monthly credit allowance with the same underlying billing mechanics - Stripe handles renewals, invoices and cancellation, so there's exactly one place to manage all of it. This section covers what each plan includes, when you're charged, and what happens to your credits and access when you cancel.

Billing - quick answers

What happens if a payment fails?

New generation stops as soon as the subscription goes past due - there is no open-ended grace period on new spend. Everything you already made stays reachable: Library, downloads, published posts, Analytics and the dashboard itself are untouched. Update the card and generation resumes at once.

Where are invoices and the payment method?

In Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Plan changes, card updates, invoice downloads and cancellation all live in that one place rather than being split between Reeloop and a separate billing screen.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

You keep both access and every balance - monthly, rollover and pack - until the paid period actually ends. The account then drops to Free rather than cutting off the moment you click cancel.

Is paying annually actually cheaper?

Yes, roughly 10% against twelve monthly payments, and an annual invoice grants twelve months of credits up front rather than metering them out month by month - so the whole year's allowance is available from day one.
